Job Description – Chicken Griller (Grilled Chicken Maker)

Location: Oman

Position: Chicken Griller / Grilled Chicken Maker

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and grill chicken using charcoal grills while maintaining quality and consistency.
Marinate, season, and prepare chicken according to company recipes and standards.
Monitor grilling temperatures and cooking times to ensure food safety and product quality.
Handle high -temperature cooking environments efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the grilling station, kitchen equipment, and work area.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items in compliance with food safety standards.
Assist in inventory management and report stock requirements when necessary.
Work effectively during busy hours and handle pressure in a fast -paced environment.
Follow all company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chicken Griller or similar role.
Experience in charcoal grilling is mandatory.
Ability to work under pressure and in high -heat conditions.
Intermediate education level preferred.
Basic English communication skills.
Male candidate, age below 25 years.
Indian nationality preferred.
Muslim candidate preferred as per client requirement.

Benefits

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: OMR 160 per month
Accommodation: Provided (shared with employees)
Food: One meal per day provided
Working Hours: 12 hours per day (including 1 -hour break)
Working Days: 6 days per week
Weekly Off: 1 day
Contract Period: 2 Years
Gulf Experience: Not mandatory
