Deputy SM BESS

• Onshore wind farm construction, including
roads, access tracks, crane pads, WTG foundations and hardstands.

• Wind turbine component logistics, heavy
transport, unloading, storage and lifting coordination.

• WTG erection activities, including main
crane coordination, mechanical completion and pre-commissioning support.

• MV collection systems, inter-array
cabling, fibre optics, earthing and substation interfaces.

• Strong understanding of wind-related
construction constraints, lifting windows and weather-dependent execution
planning.

• Experience coordinating WTG OEM activities
and Balance of Plant contractors

Requirements

•        Bachelor’s degree or
diploma in Engineering, Construction Management or a relevant technical
discipline.

·         Strong technical
background in construction, electrical infrastructure, renewable energy or
power generation.      

•        Minimum 10–15 years of
professional experience in construction, energy, infrastructure, power
generation or large-scale industrial projects.

•        Minimum 5–7 years of direct
site experience in renewable energy projects.

•        Proven experience
supervising site works for utility-scale renewable energy projects, preferably
above 200 MW

•        Strong experience managing
EPC Contractors and multiple subcontractors in live construction environments.

•        Experience in remote,
desert, harsh-climate or logistically complex project sites is highly
desirable.
