Job Description - Digital Marketing Specialist

Digital Strategy

• Develop monthly digital media plans aligned with project launches, sales targets, campaign objectives, and approved budgets.

• Recommend channel mix, audiences, budgets, content formats, and conversion funnels based on data and market behavior.

Paid Advertising

• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and retargeting platforms.

• Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, lead quality, frequency, and campaign ROI; take corrective actions quickly.

Lead Generation & CRM

• Coordinate with Sales and CRM users to validate lead quality, source tracking, follow -up status, and conversion performance.

• Improve landing pages, lead forms, WhatsApp flows, tracking links, UTMs, and remarketing audiences to increase conversions.

Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly digital performance reports with insights, learnings, risks, and clear optimization recommendations.

• Use analytics tools to track website traffic, campaign attribution, audience behavior, and conversion paths.

Website & Digital Assets

• Coordinate website updates, landing pages, SEO basics, pixels, tags, forms, and digital campaign assets with relevant teams.

• Ensure digital messages, project information, prices, CTAs, visuals, and disclaimers are accurate before publishing.

Requirements

Education & Certifications

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or related field; Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, GA4, or SEO certification preferred.
Experience
3 -5 years in digital marketing and performance campaigns; real estate, hospitality, high -value sales, or agency experience preferred.

Technical Competencies

Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, pixels, UTMs, SEO basics, landing pages, CRM, dashboards, Excel.

Behavioral Competencies

Analytical thinking, speed, ownership, commercial mindset, attention to detail, problem solving, creativity, communication, accountability.
