Electrical Trainer / Oil & gas

Min. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Previous experience as a Electrical instructor or trainer. for 5-10 years

10-15 years of practical industrial experience in mechanical maintenance.

Familiarity with Competency-based training delivery

Familiarity with Competency Assurance frameworks

Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Prior Experience with in Oil & Gas or Refinery sectors is compulsory

conducted the classroom and on job training as per the program design and structure. This include conducting assessment and examination

Ability to develop and assess training materials and task books

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
