Proven ability to design and execute group-wide financial strategies & expertise in long-term financial planning and resource allocation.--Must

Strong experience in group-level reporting and performance analysis.--MustEnsuring liquidity and financial stability across entities.--Must

Strong knowledge of IFRS, corporate governance, risk management, and internal controls.--Must

Collaborate with Boards of Directors, Audit & Risk Committees, government entities, banks, and investors.--Must

Job SummaryClient is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Financial Director to lead and oversee the Group’s financial strategy, planning, governance, and overall financial management.The ideal candidate will bring extensive financial leadership experience, strong governance expertise, and the ability to drive sustainable growth across a diversified education group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s financial strategy and support achievement of strategic objectives.


• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all subsidiaries.


• Ensure strong financial governance and compliance with laws, regulations, and professional standards.


• Prepare and present periodic financial reports to executive management and the Board of Directors.


• Manage liquidity, investments, financing activities, and relationships with banks and financial institutions.


• Evaluate investment opportunities, new projects, and financial risks.


• Support the Group’s growth, expansion initiatives, and long-term development plans.


• Oversee consolidated financial reporting, cash flow management, and performance analysis.


• Collaborate with Boards of Directors, Audit & Risk Committees, government entities, banks, and investors.


• Prepare feasibility studies and manage investment portfolios.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.


• Master’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, MBA) is an advantage.


• Minimum 10 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in education, holding companies, or diversified groups.


• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent preferred.


• Proven expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, and long-term forecasting.


• Strong knowledge of IFRS, corporate governance, risk management, and internal controls.


• Experience in consolidated reporting, cash flow management, and performance analysis.


• Demonstrated ability to evaluate investments, prepare feasibility studies, and manage portfolios.


• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.


• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in education sector financial management.


• Strong background in investment evaluation and portfolio management.


• Ability to work effectively with boards, committees, and external stakeholders.
