Hostess

• The responsible for creating a warm and professional first impression by welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring a smooth flow of guests within the restaurant. The Hostess works closely with the restaurant team to provide excellent customer service, maintain an organized reception area, and ensure every guest enjoys a pleasant dining experience.
  

Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostess in a hotel, restaurant, café, or fine dining establishment
  
• GCC experience is preferred.
  
• Immediate availability is preferred
  
• Experience in 4 -star or 5 -star hotels or upscale restaurants is an advantage
  
• Strong customer service background.
  
• Good English communication skills.
  
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.
