IM&T Senior SAP Consultant (Integrated Supply Chain & S2P)

We have an urgent requirement for IM&T Senior SAP Consultant (Integrated Supply Chain & S2P)for our client based in Oman

Strong experience in Full-Lifecycle S/4HANA Supply Chain & MM Mastery is must

At least one complete S/4HANA implementation/migration with deep core SAP MM expertise is MUST

leading end-to-end Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) transformation programs is MUST

deployment experience in either advanced SAP Ariba (S2P) or SAP IBP (Planning/Inventory Optimization) is must

Experience in Upstream Oil & Gas, Energy, or heavy industrial sectors is must

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IM&T Senior SAP Consultant to lead key pillars of our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and Source-to-Pay transformation programs. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and SAP architecture, driving large-scale implementations across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and SAP IBP within asset-intensive industries.

Mandatory Skills & Critical Experience

• ISC Transformation: Led or played a pivotal role in an end-to-end Integrated Supply Chain transformation program.


• SAP S/4HANA: Delivered at least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration focused on Supply Chain.


• SAP MM: Strong functional expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM), covering procurement, inventory management, material master, and purchasing.


• Source-to-Pay (S2P) & Ariba: Hands-on implementation experience with SAP Ariba and/or alternative enterprise S2P/SRM platforms (Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, GEP, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or SAP SRM).
  
  
  
  • Ariba Competencies: Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, Catalog Management, and Network Integration.
  
  
  
  


• SAP IBP & Planning: Practical implementation experience in SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Response & Supply, and S&OP).


• Inventory Optimization: Demonstrated, measurable achievements in reducing inventory value (e.g., 15–30%), improving material availability (>95%), and optimizing safety stock policies.


• Master Data & Integration: Proven experience leading material master/supply chain master data governance and integrating SAP Ariba, S/4HANA, IBP, and third-party systems.


• Consulting & Transformation: Led Fit-to-Standard workshops, business process re-engineering, and executive stakeholder management.


• Industry Background: Prior hands-on experience in Upstream Oil & Gas, Energy, or other asset-intensive industries.
