Job Description - Jockey Trainer

A Jockey Trainer develops and implements training programs for jockeys to
enhance riding skills, race strategies, physical fitness, and overall
performance in horse racing competitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design
and supervise jockey training programs.
Improve
riding techniques, balance, and race tactics.
Monitor
fitness, nutrition, and weight management.
Conduct
performance evaluations and provide coaching.
Collaborate
with horse trainers and racing teams.
Ensure
compliance with racing regulations and safety standards.
Prepare
jockeys for races and competitive events.

Requirements

Requirements:

Extensive
experience in horse racing and jockey development.
Strong
coaching and mentoring skills.
Knowledge
of race strategies and regulations.
Excellent
communication and leadership abilities.
Minimum Diploma in relevant field.
