Job Description - Manager - Analytics

JOB PURPOSE

This job role revolves around defining and implementing data extracting strategies and leading the team to unleash the power of data analytics by interpreting the data to provide insights and support decision-making for organization’s benefit.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities

Key Performance Indicators

Advanced Data Analysis & Business Insights:Oversee the use of analytical tools (SQL, Python, R) to extract insights that drive strategic decisions.Ensure analytical outputs are aligned with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.

Data Visualization & Executive Reporting:Guide the development of dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to support executive decision-making.

Data Governance & Compliance Oversight

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Overall Project SLAs

Low Time-to-Insight

High Data Utilization Rate

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Discom.

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Cross functional team consisting of OPS/PMO/Finance etc.

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

OTHER DIMENSIONS

Must have handled the data in excess of 1 million rows.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

B. Tech (Electrical/Computers)

BCA / MCA

Certification in Python / Data Analytics / data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

9 to 15 years of Experience.
