Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, hydraulic systems, pneumatics, and other mechanical systems.
  

• Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
  

• Physical ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift equipment as required

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or maritime technical certification preferred.
  

• Experience as a mechanic, marine technician, or related mechanical trade.
  

• Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, pneumatics, and mechanical diagnostics.
  

• Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
  

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
  

• Physical ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift equipment as required.
  

• STCW certifications or equivalent (depending on vessel type and regulatory requirements).
