Marketing Manager

• Develop
  and implement marketing strategies with the Sales Manager to ensure
  strong brand and product positioning in the local market.
  
• Drive
  regional segment marketing plans locally to achieve growth and
  profitability targets.
  
• Lead
  and manage the marketing team, setting clear goals, coaching, and
  monitoring performance.
  
• Plan
  and execute marketing activities including research, product launches,
  advertising, and sales performance tracking.
  
• Collaborate
  on pricing and product strategies to boost market share and
  profitability.
  
• Manage
  budgets and brand initiatives such as promotions, events, and campaigns
  to enhance the company's image and market presence.
  

We are looking for:  

• 7+
  years' experience in B2B and B2C marketing, brand management, and product
  marketing. 
  
• Bachelor's
  degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a
  related field.
  
• People
  management experience is required
