About you\:  

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications\: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a relevant field.

• Master’s Degree in Hotel Management is desirable.

• Health and Safety Certification is desirable.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the international luxury hospitality industry, including 2–3 years in a managerial position.

About the Job\:  

An opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join Food & Beverage in Jumeirah Muscat Bay. The main duties and responsibilities of this role\: 

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, providing leadership, encouraging teamwork, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations while maintaining high service, food quality, and presentation standards.

• Develop and manage the annual business plan, revenue targets, expense budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with the Director of F&B, taking corrective actions where required.

• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond effectively to feedback and complaints, and maintain a positive restaurant image and exceptional guest experience.

• Develop and implement marketing, advertising, and public relations initiatives while monitoring competitor activities, customer trends, and industry developments.

• Manage purchasing, stock, and food cost controls, ensuring high-quality products while minimizing waste, loss, and unnecessary expenses.

• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment procedures while continuously identifying opportunities to improve restaurant performance and maintain a competitive advantage.
