Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Operate, monitor, and maintain biscuit packing machines and automated packaging lines.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of packing equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system faults.

  
  


• 
  

  Set up, adjust, and calibrate packing machines for different product sizes and packaging formats.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure smooth machine operation to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.

  
  


• 
  

  Inspect finished products to ensure packaging quality and compliance with company standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to achieve production targets.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain daily maintenance records, machine logs, and production reports.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and HSE regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around machines and production areas.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Degree, Diploma, or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field.

  
  

Experience

• 
  

  Experience in Packing Machine Operation & Maintenance is mandatory.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in the FMCG Biscuits Manufacturing Industry is mandatory.

  
  


• 
  

  Gulf experience will be preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with automated packaging and production line equipment is an advantage.

  
  

Technical Skills

• 
  

  Strong knowledge of biscuit packing machines and packaging line equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled machines.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to troubleshoot production equipment efficiently.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and machine setup.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with food manufacturing quality and safety standards.
