Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled Breakfast & Pastry Chef to join a well -established café in Oman. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience in Gulf cafés and be proficient in preparing croissants, pastries, desserts, and modern breakfast dishes. Strong teamwork, food quality control, and hygiene standards are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes at assigned kitchen stations as per standard recipes
  

• Prepare desserts and pastries, including croissants
  

• Create modern breakfast dishes using croissants, eggs, and other ingredients
  

• Ensure food quality, presentation, taste, and portion control
  

• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team for smooth operations
  

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
  

• Assist in training junior kitchen staff
  

• Support inventory control and proper storage of ingredients
