Job Description
Role Purpose: Executes
HR administration — managing onboarding paperwork, attendance records, employee
documentation, and HR service requests accurately and within SLA.
Key
Responsibilities
• Process new joiner onboarding paperwork: employment contracts,
system access requests, benefits enrolment, and induction scheduling.
• Maintain attendance and leave records monthly; reconcile with
payroll inputs.
• Update employee files: personal data changes, contract
amendments, and documentation filing.
• Draft and issue standard HR letters: employment verification,
salary certificates, NOCs.
• Support HR audits with required documentation and evidence
packages.
• Handle standard HR service requests within agreed turnaround
times.

• Completed onboarding packs (per new joiner)

• HR letters log (all requests processed)
