Key Responsibilities:

• Train
  and condition polo horses for optimal performance.
  
• Assess
  horse fitness, temperament, and suitability for polo.
  
• Develop
  exercise and rehabilitation programs.
  
• Coordinate
  veterinary and farrier care.
  
• Monitor
  horse health and performance metrics.
  
• Assist
  players in selecting suitable horses for matches.
  
• Ensure
  compliance with welfare and safety standards.
  

Requirements
