Purchase Officer/Procurement Engineer

 Qualifications: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a

related field.

 Experience: 3-5 years of experience (Preferably with GCC experience) in procurement,

preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.

 Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in procurement processes, including supplier sourcing and contract

negotiation.

o Familiarity with materials and equipment used in the Oil & Gas sector.

o ERP tools for purchase order tracking and inventory management.

o Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

 Understanding of import/export regulations and logistics.

 Responsibilities: Managing procurement of materials, sourcing suppliers, negotiating

contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality goods and services.
