Sales Consultant (Real Estate)

A well reputed real estate developer in Oman is looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join their sales team.
Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
  
• Offer professional advice and guidance on property buying and investment opportunities
  
• Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base
  
• Develop and maintain a strong professional network to foster business opportunities
  
• Stay well -informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings
  
• Provide clients with accurate and up -to -date market information
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty
  
• Conduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits for clients to help them visualize their potential investment
  
• Facilitate the timely closure of property deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Real Estate industry.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  
• Bachelor's degree
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  
• Exhibits a strong passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
