SAP Lead - HCM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Lead – HCM to lead the implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP HCM, lead end-to-end project delivery, engage with business stakeholders, and mentor project teams while ensuring high-quality solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities (Financial)

• Lead SAP HCM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.


• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.


• Configure and support SAP HCM modules including:

  • Time Management (TM)
  
  
  • Payroll
  
  
  • Personnel Development (PD)
  
  
  • Benefits Administration
  
  
  
  


• Prepare Functional Specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.


• Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and production support.


• Conduct workshops, CR discussions, and stakeholder meetings.


• Coordinate integration with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, SuccessFactors, and S/4HANA.


• Lead UAT, cutover activities, and go-live support.


• Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables.


• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project governance.

Qualification, Technical Skills and Competencies

• Strong experience in SAP HCM Functional Consulting.


• Hands-on experience in PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits.


• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration is preferred.


• Knowledge of SAP HR authorization concepts.


• Experience in writing Functional Specifications (FS).


• Strong understanding of business processes and HR operations.


• Experience in incident management and AMS support.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
