We have an urgent requirement for T24 Senior Developer with strong banking experience is required for our banking client in Oman 

Strong knowledge of T24 (Oracle, TAFC/TAFJ, TAFJ Administration, multi‑app server architecture, OFS/OFSML, COB/multithreading, log analysis, Build Control, and crisis handling).--MustExperience integrating T24 with external systems using APIs, MQ messaging, and OFS; working knowledge of SWIFT, RTGS, ACH payments, and connectivity tools (TWS, IRIS, TOCF).--MustHands‑on with T24 modules (AA, Customer, Account, Deposits, Payments, Delivery, MG, LD), CRB/CRF reporting, correction entries, and retail banking/accounting processes. --MustBusiness analysis in financial environments, with preference for Middle East banking exposure.--Must

Job Brief

This role combines both business and technical expertise, with a strong requirement for understanding the banking and finance domain. The T24 Senior Developer will be responsible for end-to-end development and testing of the Temenos T24 application, supporting requirement gathering, user acceptance testing, and ensuring robust technical and data management solutions.Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Requirement Analysis: Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications aligned with T24 capabilities.


• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to manage expectations and propose optimal technical solutions.


• Core Development: Design, develop, and enhance T24 core banking modules and local developments in line with Temenos and bank standards.


• System Integration: Integrate T24 with external systems (payments, CRM, regulatory reporting) using OFS, APIs, web services, and MQ messaging.


• Batch Process Management: Optimize EOD/BOD/COB batch processes for stability, performance, and reliability.


• Compliance & Security: Deliver developments within agreed timelines, ensuring quality, compliance, and security.


• Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity aligned with regulatory, audit, and governance requirements.


• Change Management: Follow safe deployment practices, version control, and risk mitigation processes.

• Familiarity with T24 versions R16 & R21

Experience

• Essential: 7+ years of hands-on experience in T24


• 7–10 years in banking or IT environment


• Proven experience in Business Analysis, T24 Development, and requirement documentation in financial environments
