Technical Lead - Facilities Management

One of our clients is looking for a Technical Lead - Facilities Management. Responsible for day -to -day supervision of all MEP
(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) operations and maintenance activities across
assigned facilities. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, ensures
technical system functionality, and supports business development through site
assessments, technical inputs for proposals, and budget estimation.

Requirements

• 3 -year Diploma/ Graduate in
  Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering is a must.
  
• 8 years of relevant
  experience in Oman MEP/FM operations, including supervisory responsibilities.
  
• Experience in
  troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing
  systems, and building automation.
  
• Familiarity with BMS,
  generators, and energy -saving methods.
  
• Basic awareness training in
  ISO 45001, ISO 50001, or related technical standards is an advantage.
  
• Oman Gulf Light Vehicle
  Driving license is mandatory.
  
• Strong technical
  troubleshooting and team leadership skills.
  
• Proficient in CAFM usage
  and work order management.
  
• Good knowledge of service -level
  compliance and preventive maintenance standards.
  
• Strong communication in
  English (Oral & Written); knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  
• Must support business development by
  participating in site surveys, preparing technical proposals, and assisting in
  budgeting for new FM projects.
