We are looking for a CPA with US tax experience to join our AI team and help train and improve our AI technology.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze US individual and business tax returns.Label and organize tax data for AI training.Review tax documents and identify relevant information.Check AI-generated results for accuracy and provide feedback.Identify errors, inconsistencies, and unusual tax situations.Work closely with the AI team to improve the quality and accuracy of our data.Help create and improve data-labeling guidelines and processes.RequirementsCPA – requiredMinimum 3 years of US Tax experience – requiredStrong understanding of US tax returns, forms, and schedules.Excellent English communication skills.Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.Very detail-oriented and organized.Quick learner and comfortable learning new technology.Able to work independently and take ownership.Nice to HaveExperience with CCH, ProConnect, UltraTax, or GoSystem.Experience with QuickBooks Online.Previous experience with AI, data labeling, data annotation, or data quality.Startup or technology company experience.What We’re Looking ForSomeone who is technically strong in US Tax, highly detail-oriented, curious about AI and technology, and excited to help build something new.
