3D Rendering & Visualization Specialist (RPC3DRVS)

About the Role

• Build 3D renders and animated walkthroughs of custom barndominium designs
  

• Create photo realistic interior and exterior visuals for sales and marketing
  

• Manage lighting, materials, and asset libraries to keep renders looking current, not dated
  

• Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to turn concepts into client-ready visuals
  

• Stay current on rendering software updates and asset libraries to improve output quality continually
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Enscape or similar real-time rendering software (Twinmotion, D5, V-Ray)
  

• Experience working from Revit 
  

• Photoshop or similar for post-render polish
  

• An eye for realistic lighting, materials, and composition. Not just technically correct, but genuinely convincing
  

• Bonus: experience with barndominium, agricultural, or residential construction visuals
