The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Tech & Data team you lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. As a Manager you inspire and mentor team members while overseeing the execution of AI engagements, maintaining quality and adherence to timelines in alignment with PwC's standards of excellence. This role offers the chance to work closely with global engagement teams and clients, driving innovation and delivering impactful results in a dynamic consulting environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead client-facing discussions to gather requirements
- Facilitate workshops to translate business challenges
- Oversee the execution of AI engagements while maintaining quality
- Develop actionable AI architecture and delivery plans
- Maintain adherence to timelines and project standards
- Collaborate with teams to drive successful outcomes
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project
- Uphold PwC’s standards of excellence in every deliverable

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics
- 7 years of experience in relevant roles, preferably in a public accounting firm or a large corporation
-- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Certifications such as Azure AI Engineer, CISA, Certified Public Accountant (partial), or relevant data science/cloud certifications
- Proven experience designing and scaling AI/ML solutions
