Job Summary

The position is responsible for the preparation of reports, reconciliation and remittance of employees deductions to SSS & BIR. It also takes charge in booking of various payroll transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Remittance of employees deductions - SSS premium deductions and prepares soft copy for upload to SSS website (PRN) and Withholding tax payable

- Prepares the Withholding tax schedule (1601C and 1601E)

- Reporting and Accounting of Employees' Deductions

- Prepares SSS Premium hard copy & soft copy files (Resigned employees), checks the accuracy of SSS Premium soft copy files (Active employees) and edits SSS Loan soft copy files for upload to SSS excel format

- Provides the Certificate of SSS loan payment of employees and Certificate of HDMF loan payment of employees

- Takes necessary adjustments for unposted and erroneous posting of SSS loans and premium

- Submits to SSS branch files such as loans collection list for posting and other related SSS documents

- Handles queries of employees regarding SSS deduction

- Pass separation entries of resigned employees, ML premium & other payroll related transactions

- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Financial Management and Accounting; experience not required

- Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision

- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
