Accounting Officer

Qualification/Skills required/desired:

• Preferably with 2 years of experience in an general accounting , experience in the healthcare/subcontracting industry is an advantage
• BS Accountancy Graduate
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
• Proficient in the use of accounting software (i.e. Quickbooks) and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation
• Provide support in the preparation of reports, budgets, and other financial analysis as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient accounting processes and procedures
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and files
• Perform other general administrative duties as assigned
• Other general accounting task that may be assigned
