Accounts Payable Lead (BPO setting exp required) | Cebu

Work Setup: Onsite

Location: IT Park, Cebu

Schedule: Nightshift

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 6 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of people management experience.
• Strong experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD).
• Prior experience in a BPO / Shared Services / Global Business Services environment.
• Experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with customers and client stakeholders.
• Experience managing operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation initiatives is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Vendor Master Data (VMD) and Accounts Payable operations to ensure service delivery excellence.
• Monitor daily operational performance, productivity, quality, SLA adherence, and backlog management.
• Drive operational governance, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and process improvements.
