Job Description - Accounts Receivable Officer | Hybrid

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to support financial operations through accurate invoicing, collections, and cash management. This role involves performing bank transactions and reconciliations, supporting receivables reporting, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve account queries, and ensuring audit compliance while driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and control.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage financial processing and
operations, including invoicing, receipts, and collections.

• Perform banking transactions and account
reconciliations to ensure accurate cash records.

• Support accounting and financial
reporting related to receivables.

• Communicate and coordinate with
stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure timely collections.

• Ensure audit compliance and implement
process improvements to enhance efficiency and control.

• Provide
service support and issue management for customer accounts and
receivable -related concerns

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
in accounts receivable, finance, or accounting functions.
