Job Description - Admin Support (Australian Client/Day Shift)

We’re looking for someone organised, proactive, and eager to learn to join our team as an Admin Support. In this role, you’ll help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes such as supporting sales, updating systems, and making sure no task gets missed. You don’t need to know everything on day one — we’ll guide you and help you build your skills along the way.

We value attitude and potential just as much as experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of admin experience
  • Good English communication skills
  • Comfortable talking to clients when needed
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Willing to learn new tools and processes
  • Takes initiative and follows through on tasks

Nice to have (but not required):

  • Experience working with Australian clients or BPOs
  • Familiarity with CRMs, quoting tools, or basic IT terms

This role is subject to a number of skills and possible practical tests.

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
