As an AES SAP Service Delivery Manager, you will lead the charge in overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects within our organization. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. This role is pivotal in coordinating multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of SAP solutions.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Responsibilities

- Leading SAP implementation projects by defining objectives, developing plans, and coordinating resources
- Managing project budgets and timelines to deliver SAP solutions effectively
- Collaborating with business leaders and technical teams to align project goals with organizational strategy
- Utilizing Agile Methodology and project management software to enhance project delivery and integration
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless SAP solution deployment
- Monitoring project progress and mitigating risks to maintain project momentum
- Providing coaching and feedback to team members to foster professional growth and performance
- Engaging stakeholders through effective communication and relationship building
- Conducting program reviews and status reporting to keep stakeholders informed
- Encouraging continuous process improvement and embracing change within project teams

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
