Handle all Inbound calls to assist patrons and the operations team with booking reservations pertaining to hotel rooms, restaurant reservations, limo reservations, and Solaire Online
ï»¿ï»¿Arrange all transportation requests, liaising directly with the Hotel Transportation and Concierge teams Arrange all F&B requests, liaising directly with the Reservations and F&B Outlets
ï»¿ï»¿Own all requests and complaints; escalate and resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guest's satisfaction
ï»¿ï»¿Ensure to know product and property information, up to but not limited to events, promotions SRC offers, room categories, food and beverage offerings, and the entertainment calendar
Provide excellent service consistent with the property's core service standards and brand attributes.
Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction
When a player calls in to assist with booking reservations about guest entertainment, dining, and other services
Assist Operations team with the booking of Hotels, Limousine and all other requests for casino patrons
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended Maintain positive guest relations always
