Position Overview:

We are seeking a technically skilled AI Builder to integrate AI workflows and optimize sales and marketing operations within our CRM systems. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver with experience in operations consulting or an agency environment who can collaborate closely with our CRM and tools ecosystem to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Workflow Deployment: Train on and implement AI workflows within sales and marketing functions, integrating seamlessly with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Tool Integration: Manage integration across multiple platforms, including Slack, ClickUp, and Google Drive.
• Data and Process Optimization: Develop, maintain, and optimize automation processes for improved efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess requirements, propose solutions, and maintain smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills & Tool Integration : Experience with modern SaaS tools, specifically HubSpot, Make, ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Monday.com, Coda, n8n, Zapier, Airtable.
• Operations Expertise: Background in operations consulting or agency environments with a proven ability to streamline processes.
• AI Proficiency: Regular use of AI platforms like ChatGPT or Claude.
• Communication: Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working within sales and marketing teams to provide operational support and automation.
• Ability to manage workflows in high-growth, agile environments with minimal supervision.
