Who you’ll be working with:

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You will be responsible for the following:

• Architect and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of the organization's key AI systems/platforms/tools, from design and prototyping to secure, scalable production deployment.
• Co-lead the definition and design of the technical roadmap for the ACoE AI solutions engineering team, making key architectural decisions to build proprietary advantage.
• Understand and analyze business requirements to identify high-impact AI and automation opportunities, working closely with process owners to proactively identify sources of service dissatisfaction.
• Proactively manage and mitigate the unique technical debt of AI systems, co-leading the creation of protocols for monitoring, retraining, and optimizing models to ensure best practices and long-term ROI.
• Champion and direct research into emerging AI technologies to accelerate our innovation rate and time-to-market, maintaining the company's competitive edge.

We’re looking for:

• Has at least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing and building machine learning models, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or management role responsible for delivering AI projects into production.
• Proven experience leading the delivery of complex, cross-functional AI/ML projects that have translated into tangible business value and competitive differentiation.
• Deep technical proficiency in Python, common machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, Pandas), and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Expertise in MLOps principles, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), and establishing CI/CD pipelines to ensure system uptime, reliability, and performance.
• Demonstrates a strong ability to shape business outcomes by translating executive vision into a coherent technical strategy, identifying high-impact AI opportunities, and building systems that create proprietary advantage.
