AI Marketing & Business Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AI Marketing & Business Automation Specialist to support the growth and operational efficiency of an Australian business.

This role combines marketing execution, artificial intelligence (AI), workflow automation, and business systems optimization. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing AI-driven solutions to improve marketing delivery, automate business processes, enhance customer engagement, and increase operational efficiency.

Unlike a traditional Digital Marketing role, this position requires a strong technical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities where AI and automation can streamline manual processes while improving business outcomes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

AI-Driven Marketing Execution

• Develop AI-assisted marketing assets including promotional videos, presentations, graphics, website content, and digital collateral.
• Create engaging marketing campaigns utilizing AI technologies to improve efficiency and content quality.
• Support content development for websites, social media, LinkedIn, email marketing, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate content production while maintaining brand consistency.

Website & Digital Platform Management

• Manage and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor.
• Design and update landing pages supporting lead generation and customer engagement.
• Create and maintain digital marketing assets, including graphics, brochures, presentations, banners, and promotional materials using industry-standard design tools.

• Ensure website content remains current, functional, and aligned with business objectives.
• Support basic SEO optimization and website performance improvements.

Business Process Automation

• Identify manual processes suitable for automation across marketing and business operations.
• Design, implement and optimize workflow automations using appropriate AI and automation platforms.
• Improve customer onboarding, internal workflows, and operational processes through automation.
• Recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency and reduce administrative effort.

CRM & Marketing Systems

• Configure, maintain and optimize CRM platforms.
• Develop automated lead nurturing, customer follow-up, and communication workflows.
• Support CRM reporting, data management, and system improvements.
• Integrate marketing systems with other business applications where appropriate.

AI Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies relevant to the business.
• Recommend practical AI applications that improve productivity and customer experience.
• Continuously identify opportunities to optimize existing workflows and business processes.
• Maintain awareness of developments in AI, marketing technology, and automation platforms.
  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years of work experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Business Automation, or a related discipline, with demonstrated experience supporting Australian businesses or clients.
• Strong experience managing WordPress websites using Elementor.
• Create and maintain digital marketing assets, including graphics, brochures, presentations, banners, and promotional materials using industry-standard design tools.

• Hands-on experience implementing CRM systems and marketing automation.
• Experience with workflow automation and business process improvement.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating directly with business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
