Business Title: Analyst - HR Information Management
Reporting to: Head-HR Information Management
Purpose of the Job
The job manages and supports HR information systems (i.e. Workday) to optimize employee data, HR processes, and reporting. It analyzes workforce metrics to advise on decisions affecting the employees. It also ensures data integrity at all times.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities
HRIS Data Management and Transaction Execution
Ensure data management completion and integrity within HR Information Systems.
Execute Workday HCM transactions.
Reporting and Analytics
Generate HR reports, including manpower statistics, worker lists, ad hoc employee demographics, etc.
Generate employee dashboards and analytics.
System Initiatives and Projects
Lead special projects and initiatives that improve completion of workers' profile in Workday.
Lead the implementation of Workday functionalities for the PortCo (EDC).
Acts as Workday Resource and the main point of contact of FPH/First Gen.
Technical Support and Change Management
Renders technical Help Desk Support and assistance to internal users of system applications and maintains a troubleshooting log to track progress and ensure timely resolution of tickets.
Develops communication strategy and execution plan to support new initiatives and elevate overall user experience.
Other Tasks
Work on special tasks and assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday
Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are essential for translating business needs into technical solutions.
