Description

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, and/or Payroll, with leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of compensation design, benefits, payroll, job evaluation, and labor compliance.
Experience leading regional or global Total Rewards initiatives is preferred.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications are an advantage.
