Job Summary

The Appraiser is responsible in supporting efficient and accurate credit evaluation and helps minimize the Bank's credit risk by:

• 
  

  Determining the acceptability of collateral based on Bank's Appraisal guidelines

  
  


• 
  

  Estimating the market value of real estate properties being used as loan collateral

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct title verification report/review, to ascertain title's acceptability

  
  

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Receiving and examining submitted documents and coordinating with clients for schedule of field inspection

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing lot plotting of property based on technical description from title

  
  


• 
  

  Conducting ocular inspection of the property, taking measurements of land and improvements

  
  


• 
  

  Verify with tax mapping from the assessor's office to validate property's exact location

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree, preferably Business-related course

  
  


• 
  

  At least 3 years of related experience in all types of property appraisal

  
  


• 
  

  Real Estate Appraiser license holder

  
  


• 
  

  Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
