AR & Cash Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

a) Support the implementation of new and global Treasury initiatives and projects, including but not limited to AR Securitization, Supply Chain Financing, and Bank Charges Report Automation

b) Act as the primary point of contact for O2C team across other pillars and functions in support of Treasury-related initiatives and cross-functional alignment

c) Undergo training and ensure the stabilization of new processes related to Treasury projects, driving smooth transition and operational readiness

d) Ticket Resolution - includes daily and month-end deliverables (bank statement processing, transactional matching, journal posting, clearing and reconciliation including period-end tasks and reporting)

e) Collaborate on issue resolution

f) Expert advice on processes

g) Support with SAP testings and perform J-SOX controls as required

h) Collaborate on issue resolution (root cause analysis, corrective and mitigation plans)

i) Training of new joiners

j) Support with SAP testings and perform J-SOX controls as required

k) Contribute to stabilize, simplify and improve processes

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years related business experience with a company of a similar size

- Treasury and Cash & Banking

- Proficient SAP/SAP HANA

- Bank & GL Reconciliation

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Accounts Receivable

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines

Work arrangement:

Hybrid - twice a week onsite

Taguig City

Work schedule: 9AM to 6PM, noon to 9PM and 6PM to 3AM (completely remote)
