Job Description - Architect

Create functional and aesthetically pleasing space that adheres to the requirements and vision of the client.
Manage design projects from concept development for implementation.
Develop and present project proposals.
Adjust designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Conduct research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
Comply with safety standards and local planning regulations.
Determine and adhere to budgets and timelines.
Manage project teams and collaborate with other construction professionals
