Area Head Sales NCR (National Capital Region)

Position: Area Head Sales
Location: NCR (National Capital Region), Philippines
Department: Sales

Job Summary:

The Area Head Sales for NCR will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales operations across the National Capital Region. This role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring sales targets are met in the region. The position requires a dynamic leader who can adapt to the fast-paced real estate market in NCR, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure operational excellence in every aspect of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development and Execution
    • Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue and market share growth within NCR.
    • Ensure regional sales objectives align with the company's broader goals and vision.
    • Explore and identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and growth areas in NCR.
  2. Team Leadership and Management
    • Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales team, including sales managers, agents, and support staff.
    • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to enhance team capabilities.
    • Set clear performance targets, monitor team achievements, and take necessary actions to ensure success.
  3. Sales Operations and Performance Management
    • Oversee daily sales operations, including lead generation, pipeline management, client meetings, and closing deals.
    • Ensure that the sales process is smooth, compliant with company policies, and focused on customer satisfaction.
    • Regularly assess sales performance and make adjustments to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
  4. Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, high-net-worth individuals, business partners, and stakeholders in NCR.
    • Represent the company in client presentations, high-level negotiations, and strategic discussions.
    • Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  5. Market Insights and Competitive Analysis
    • Stay informed of market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior in NCR to adjust sales tactics.
    • Utilize data and insights to refine sales strategies, targeting key areas for growth and development.
  6. Collaboration Across Functions
    • Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
    • Provide feedback on marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product offerings to ensure they are tailored to the NCR market.
  7. Reporting and Forecasting
    • Generate regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales trends, challenges, and opportunities in NCR.
    • Manage regional sales budgets effectively and optimize resource allocation to maximize returns.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. A Masters degree is an advantage.
  • Experience:
    • At least 7-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
    • Proven success in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
    • Deep understanding of the real estate market dynamics in NCR.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong leadership, team-building, and management skills.
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and real estate market trends.
    • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools.

    • Results-oriented, with a passion for achieving sales targets and growing business.
    • Ability to foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
    • Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
