We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to support the Finance Manager in preparing accurate and timely monthly management reports and maintaining the financial integrity of the business.
This role will suit an accounting professional who is confident working with financial data, reconciliations, cash flow reporting, month-end activities, and ERP systems. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure reporting is accurate, compliant, and delivered within required deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts for the group.
Support the analytical review of month-end results with the Finance Manager.
Prepare trade creditor reconciliations.
Update short-term cash flow reports based on bank account movements.
Maintain and update inputs for monthly group financial ratios.
Review and monitor group accounts to ensure accurate reporting in line with Australian Accounting Standards.
Maintain and safeguard financial information and accounting records.
Support accurate and timely financial reporting and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Assist with coaching, mentoring, and supporting relevant finance team members.
Perform other finance and operational support tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
CPA or CA qualification is highly desirable but not essential.
At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Proven experience supporting the preparation of financial reports and management accounts.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience using major ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Previous experience working with an Australian employer or client is advantageous.
Experience in a similar industry is also highly regarded.
Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, morning shift)
