Assistant Property Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a US-based property management company. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong administrative and customer service skills, capable of handling tenant, vendor, and property owner interactions professionally.

This role is best suited for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and confident communicating with US-based clients over phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day property operations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, property owners, and vendors.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and service-related concerns.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors.
  • Track work orders and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with lease administration, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and tenant onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate tenant, property, and vendor records in company systems.
  • Follow up on rent collections and tenant account inquiries.
  • Prepare property updates, reports, and administrative documentation.
  • Monitor property vacancies and assist with leasing activities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and help resolve tenant concerns promptly.
  • Support various administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls with tenants, vendors, and property owners.
  • Professional phone etiquette and confidence managing difficult conversations.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated remote work setup.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in US property management, real estate, leasing, customer service, virtual assistance, or administrative support.
  • Experience using property management software such as:
    • AppFolio
    • Buildium
    • Propertyware
    • Rent Manager
    • Yardi or similar platforms

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
  • PHP 40,000 per month
