Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals and highly analytical fresh graduates to join us in Taguig City with the role of Auto Loans Strategy & Analytics Officer.

In this role, you will support the development of data-driven strategies and analytics initiatives that enhance the profitability, growth, and overall performance of the Auto Loans business. 

You will generate actionable insights, develop management reports, and recommend business improvements that support informed decision-making.

What the role will entail

• Analyze customer, portfolio, and market data to support strategic planning and identify growth opportunities for the Auto Loans business.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and performance monitoring tools that provide insights into portfolio and business performance.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies that drive profitability, billings growth, and net interest income.
• Conduct portfolio reviews, profitability analyses, and market research to identify trends and recommend business enhancements.
• Support policy, process, and system improvement initiatives through data gathering, analytics, and requirements documentation.
• Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Compliance, IT, and other stakeholders to support business growth while maintaining a balanced risk approach.

What we're looking for

• Graduate of any four-year course; degrees in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields are an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical capabilities are welcome to apply; candidates with at least three (3) years of experience in strategy, analytics, marketing, or business intelligence are also encouraged.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
• Experience in preparing MIS reports, KPI dashboards, performance reports, and portfolio analyses is an advantage.
• Knowledge of banking operations, business analytics, market intelligence, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, stakeholder management, customer-centric mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
