Who you’ll be working with:

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You’ll be responsible for the following:

·       Understand and analyze complex business requirements to identify high-impact AI and automation opportunities (spanning RPA, low-code, scripting, data visualization, and advanced AI models).

·       Act as Tech process owners (PO) together with other business PO across the company to map end-to-end processes, facilitate data gathering and ideation sessions, and proactively identify sources of service dissatisfaction.

·       Create and refine the initial business case for AI and automation initiatives, quantifying expected ROI, and working closely with Finance and stakeholders to secure sign-off.

·       Translate business processes and requirements into conceptual AI-driven solutions, prototypes, automated workflows, and/or dashboards.

·       Oversee partnerships with IT, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams to establish robust data governance, govern model deployment environments, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.

We’re looking for:

·       At least 3 years combined experience in IT particularly in the field business or systems analysis, and software design and development. With experience as a business process automation, solution analysis or similar role.

·       Proficiency in traditional automation technologies (RPA, low-code/no-code platforms, scripting), AI/ML concepts and the model development lifecycle for predictive AI and/or GenAI.

·       Exceptional business acumen with experience building business cases and performing ROI analysis. Experience with data governance, data pipelines, and database technologies.

·       Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile or similar methodologies.

·       Proven experience in leading or managing a technical team of engineers, developers, or data scientists is a great plus.
