BIM Modeller (UD2 M&E)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Producing BIM Models for Mechanical and Plumbing services using Revit / ArchiCAD.
• Provides drafting and BIM support to Singapore team on the agreed schedule
• Liaison with project team members internal and client side.
• Preparing plant room layouts, sections, details and coordinated services drawings.
• Develop general arrangement drawings from engineers sketches and other design team member drawings and details and develop sketches into coordinated building details.
• Provide BIM Modeling and BIM Model Coordination works

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must possess at least Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or BS in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of advanced and progressive experience in BIM technologies with hands-on experience in the Mechanical and Electrical discipline.
• Trained and proficient in ArchiCAD experienced advantageous.
• Experienced in producing drawings from BIM Models.
