Bookkeeper

Job Title: Bookkeeper 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile financials in QuickBooks Online
  
• Maintain clean separation of financial records
  
• Coordinate directly with the stakeholder to clarify monthly transactions
  
• Prepare basic internal financial reports and support external CPA requests
  
• Organize and document back -office processes and financial files 
  
• Assist with compliance -related tasks and communication with regulatory bodies
  
• Support budgeting, grant, or property -related documentation as needed
  
• Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial dealings of the company
  
• Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, and yearly)
  
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
  
• Ensure timely processing of payroll
