As a Bookkeeper at Guesty, you will deliver precise financial management to support our fast-growing global startup. You will be responsible for overseeing the complete accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections, and executing the crucial monthly closing process, including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations. You will remain the core custodian of Guesty’s financial data—meticulously recording daily transactions, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate, organized financial records—with the added responsibility of responding promptly to employee, customer, and vendor inquiries.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.
• Record daily financial transactions in the company’s accounting system.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular basis.
• Prepare and manage the monthly closing process, including journal entries for prepaid expenses, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Respond promptly to employee, customer, and vendor inquiries.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date financial records.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, ideally in a US-based company.
• Certified Bookkeeper – Level 2 or higher (or equivalent qualification).
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Work Setup
