Bookkeeper (Australian Accounting) | WFH

• Preparing work of a high quality in an efficient manner supporting the team in an exciting, growing Australian Bookkeeping firm including:
  
• Preparation of BAS
  
• Weekly bookkeeping including bank reconciliation, payroll, accounts payable
  
• Practice management and ad -hoc tasks as required
  
• Bank Reconciliation
  
• Raising sales invoice
  
• AP/AR Reports
  
• Quarterly preparation of superannuation
  
• Annual PAYG summary lodgement / STP lodgement
  
• Monthly reparation of cashflow, Accrual accounting and commissions
  

Requirements

WORK FROM HOME setup but candidate should be amenable to report to the office at least once a quarter or once every 3 months. Our office is located at Eastwood in Quezon City.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 -5 years of experience on AU accounting practice i.e. sales invoicing, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, accounts admin and finance reporting.
  
• Tertiary Accounting Qualifications – BS Accountancy
  
• Knowledge of Xero required
  
• Knowledge of Australian Accounting required
