The Sales Systems Specialist – Salesforce & Revenue Technology serves as the first line of technical support for the organization's Sales and Revenue technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, investigating, and resolving system-related issues that impact the Sales team and their day-to-day use of Salesforce and other Sales and Revenue applications.

This role will review and manage incoming Sales Systems support requests, investigate the root cause of technical issues, provision user access and licenses, support system testing and enhancements, and help ensure that Sales technology platforms function effectively.
