We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assessing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing effective solutions that drive organizational success.

What You'll Do:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency
Document processes and create user manuals for stakeholders
Identify areas for process improvement and propose actionable recommendations
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management

What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in business analysis or a related role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SQL is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
